2.1 KeepItSimplr is a personal financial planning tool that helps users organize and visualize their income, expenses, savings goals, and investment projections.

2.2 The Service is for informational and personal planning purposes only. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE.

2.3 All calculations, projections, and suggestions provided by the Service are estimates based on user-provided data and general assumptions. Actual results may vary significantly.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 To save data to the cloud, you must provide a valid email address and verify it through a one-time passcode (OTP).

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Service.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

4.1 Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

4.2 All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

4.5 We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

5. DATA AND PRIVACY

5.2 Financial data you enter is encrypted using AES-256 encryption before being stored in our database. We cannot read your financial data.

8.3 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE.

8.4 Investment projections use historical assumptions and DO NOT GUARANTEE future results. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.

8.5 The "safe withdrawal rate" calculations are based on general historical guidelines and may not be appropriate for your specific situation. Consult a qualified financial advisor for personalized retirement planning.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEEPITSIMPLR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9.2 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9.3 SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
